Government of Kerala has determined set up Waste to Energy Plants in the State of Kerala through Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (KSIDC). In this regard, KSIDC has called for a tender for setting up a 200 tons per day of waste to energy project in Kollam, Kerala, India and are also responsible for handling the operation & maintenance of the facility for 25 years.

ROCFILL supported to form a Consortium between international strategic partner, which is brought by ROCFILL, to local project developer. And we provided bid preparation and submission services, and eventually we supported the Consortium won the Tender in end of 2019.
